I run 3 early morning Bootcamps at 6.15 for 45 minutes. They are every Monday Wednesday and Friday at Haywards Heath Rugby Club, Whitemans Green and run in 4week blocks, before a rest week and then beginning again.
It's a great way of getting fit and enjoying fresh air, really important this time of year. Working out in fresh air has specific health benefits that you dont get as much of from working out inside. They are a lovely friendly group, makes it even more enjoyable to see the inches melting away!

Physical Path
The Physical Path ‘Tribe’ is the group training option; it's like the evolution of Bootcamps! [show/hide detail]
Physical Path is a group training system that exists to transform your relationship with movement and how you practice correct exercise, nutrition, and mindset on a daily basis.
There are many reasons for being part of such a group – the energy, support, cameraderie, and fun are just a few. These sessions are run as a 3 month block, they are an hour per session and you have the option of 2 sessions a week as minimum with as many as 5 available each week.
The structure is ideally 6 weeks on, then a week off and this is repeated twice for each 3 month (really 14 week) block. However each block will depend on courses and possibly holiday booked in advance.
The ideal is to start at the beginning, but places permitting, people may join at any time. There will be a range of abilities and number of sessions attended each week by individuals so the groups will be structured accordingly.
